This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process. From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering. HS Diploma or Equivalent 2 + years customer service or office experience required. Banking experience preferred. Communication Expert: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships and provide status updates. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately enter and verify data. Problem Solver: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
