Operations Director

A great company located in Carrollton, Texas is looking for an excellent Operations Director to lead refurbishment, warehousing, and logistics operations. You'll turn inventory into revenue efficiently, maintain refurbishment schedules, and build scalable systems as we expand domestically and internationally. This is a hands-on role requiring experience running complex physical operations while balancing speed, quality, compliance, and cost. Key Responsibilities · Own daily operations across refurbishment, warehousing, logistics, and field deployment · Oversee slot machine refurbishment from intake through QA and outbound readiness · Improve throughput, labor efficiency, and quality control · Direct multi-warehouse logistics and ensure accurate inventory tracking · Optimize freight, packaging, and delivery to reduce cost and damage · Align production schedules with sales, leasing, and customer delivery timelines · Build and develop high-performing operations teams across locations · Own operational reporting: throughput, turnaround time, cost per unit, error rates · Drive systems adoption and SOPs for consistency across sites Required Qualifications · Bachelor's de gree required · 8+ years operations leadership in manufacturing, refurbishment, logistics, or warehousing · Multi-site operations experience or large facility with complex workflows · Strong operational instincts with ability to identify and solve bottlenecks · Hands-on leadership style, comfortable on the floor and in the details · Financial literacy including margin, labor efficiency, and cost control · Builder mentality with bias toward action in fast-moving environments Preferred Qualifications · Experience with refurbishment, remanufacturing, or secondary-market assets · Background in asset-heavy or equipment-based businesses · Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodology experience First Year Success Metrics · Improved refurbishment throughput and reduced turnaround times · Enhanced inventory visibility and operational controls · Stronger cross-functional coordination Salary Excellent pay – up to $120,000 per year with full benefits Send resume to tammy@babich.com or call Tammy Holley at 214-515-7604 ***SEE DESCRIPTION***
