Position Summary The Community Impact Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Power for Good and the Community Impact Department. This position ensures that programs, communications, and partnerships run efficiently through careful organization, follow-through, and collaboration. The Coordinator contributes across multiple projects, assisting with logistics, data tracking, communication, and administrative tasks that strengthen POWER’s community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.

The role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about helping others and learning the foundations of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support across Power for Good initiatives, including scheduling, vendor coordination, supply ordering, and event preparation.

Project Assistance: Assist project leads (Manager, Sr. Specialist, Specialist) with research, data collection, document preparation, and coordination of timelines and deliverables.

Communication: Draft and send internal updates, emails, and partner correspondence, ensuring consistent and professional communication across all stakeholders.

Information Management: Maintain accurate department documentation and files, including PowerCloud pages, internal databases, impact trackers, and partner contact lists.

Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of volunteer days, nonprofit visits, and internal events — ensuring all logistics, materials, and communications are complete and on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments (Brand, People Development, People Experience, People Resources, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of Power for Good efforts.

Reporting & Tracking: Assist with compiling metrics, employee participation data, and nonprofit impact reports to help measure department success.

Continuous Learning: Actively seek to understand POWER’s CSR philosophy, learning from peers and contributing creative ideas to strengthen engagement.

Summary Of Scope

Contributes to all Power for Good initiatives through administrative excellence, reliable coordination, and proactive communication. Owns the logistics and organization that keep programs moving efficiently, supporting the team’s overall success.

Qualifications

1-2 years of administrative, operations, or event coordination experience (CSR or nonprofit experience a plus).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Apple Office Suite (Keynote, Pages, and Numbers).

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the Community Impact discipline.

Must be available to travel as needed, and execute events related to team projects during nights and weekends.
