About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the strategic development and management of its partnerships ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through high-quality, strategic partnerships with a focus on professional sports teams, venues, leagues, and sports marketing agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering the partnerships value creation business plan, with a strong emphasis on generating high-quality warm introductions to the ideal client profile. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing senior-level relationships, driving brand introductions, and activating sports marketing agencies as a scalable channel. The Head of Partnerships will also be expected to work closely with the Revenue team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and to provide regular updates on partnership performance.

Applicants for the Head of Partnerships role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) and at least 10 years' of experience in strategic partnership management and sales, particularly with the Global 2000. Existing relationships in the sports industry and a proven track record of partnership activation and management are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and excellent communication skills, and be highly organized and process-oriented. A passion for live events and the sports industry, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, are also key attributes for this position.
