Our Client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team and deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of small business and middle-market accounts, which include Main Street retail, real estate, construction, contractors, and manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage and service commercial lines accounts. Handle all lines of coverage, including standard and surplus lines. Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, and quoting. Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships. Ensure accuracy and compliance within AMS360 (preferred, but not required). Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client outcomes. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience. Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain). Strong knowledge of commercial coverages across industries. Familiarity with AMS360 a plus. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
