The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to support organizational performance and employee engagement. This role provides strategic and operational HR guidance to leaders, manages core HR functions, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Key areas of focus include workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and workforce planning. Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, organizational design, and employee relations. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development. Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business needs and strengthen employer branding. Facilitate leadership development and training programs to build organizational capability. Partner with senior leadership on succession planning, compensation strategies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; participate in benefits administration and policy updates. Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement. Lead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or leadership role.

Bi-lingual Spanish preferred Travel:

Willingness to travel to various locations within the region as needed. xsgimln Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
