I’m partnering with a
long-standing, privately owned insurance agency
with deep roots in the community that is looking to add a
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to their team. Their business is BOOMING! This is a stable, relationship-driven organization where people build long-term careers.
What You’ll Do: Manage and service a book of commercial lines business clients Handle inbound client calls regarding premiums, coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, and coverage updates Support producers during renewals (you’ll own the service side) Handle limited quoting for renewals (producers focus on new business) Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier underwriters Download policies and documents directly from carriers through the agency management system Work across a diverse mix of accounts: Business Auto, CGL, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers’ Comp, Umbrella, Professional Liability, Flood, Tools & Equipment
What We’re Looking For: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License (Commercial Lines) 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless environment Strong client-facing communication skills
