The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy and plan to target commercial growth globally for Coats Footwear

Track campaign performance, set KPIs, manage day to day budget of campaign spend and review the ROI to inform

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Develop/execute global marketing strategies with the Global Head of Marketing to boost Coats brand awareness and leads.

Identify industry trends, technological advancements, and market insights (e.g., consumer behavior, competitive landscape) to inform strategy updates.

Market Insight

Analyze Industry Trends: Identify key market drivers and competitive dynamics.

Monitor Competitors: Track strategies and product launches for benchmarking.

Evaluate Consumer Behavior: Assess preferences and forecast demand.

Provide Actionable Recommendations: Translate insights into business strategies.

Assess Risks: Identify potential challenges and propose mitigation solutions.

Product Marketing & GTM

Lead product marketing initiatives, managing the development and execution of GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new product launches and market expansion.

Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to ensure successful market entry and adoption.

Content Marketing

Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content across social media and email marketing platforms.

Manage social media campaigns to engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and drive traffic.

Oversee email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, personalized messaging, and performance tracking.

Exhibition & Event Marketing

Plan and execute global exhibition and event strategies to showcase Coats products and innovations.

Coordinate booth design, interactive experiences, and live demonstrations to engage attendees and generate leads.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event success and alignment with business objectives.

Measurement & Report

Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates) across all marketing campaigns.

Produce regular performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic adjustments.

Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and enhance overall marketing ROI.

Qualifications

From Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant

At least 5-6 years’ experience in marketing

Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team
