They're hiring a Director & Actuary to join their Annuity Pricing & Product Management team, supporting Fixed Annuity and Fixed Index Annuity pricing and valuation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ratesetting strategy to drive competitive and profitable new business.
Monitor FA/FIA profitability and refine pricing assumptions.
Oversee pricing initiatives, market research, and risk/return analysis; present recommendations to leadership.
Enhance pricing models, processes, and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support crossfunctional initiatives and mentor junior actuarial talent.
What They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
FSA (or nearFSA) with ~7+ years of actuarial experience.
Expertise in FA/FIA pricing, valuation, or risk management.
Familiarity with US Stat, GAAP, and Bermuda frameworks preferred.
Strong technical skills (Python, MG_ALFA, Prophet a plus).
Ability to communicate insights clearly and operate effectively in a fastmoving environment.
