Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain - Engineered Materials

Overview

Global Supply Chain Director, Engineered Materials role at The Lubrizol Corporation. Job location: Brecksville, OH preferred. Job type: Exempt, Full-time. Type of role: Hybrid.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a global supply chain organization of about 90 employees across Life Sciences and Performance Coatings to meet customer service and cost-to-serve goals.
• Collaborate with the President of LZEM to align global supply chain strategies with overall business strategy.
• Represent supply chain in LZEM leadership meetings, participate in business strategy sessions, and develop supply chain plans to address business needs.
• Work with LZEM Global Manufacturing Leaders to improve coordination between manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Invest in leadership development through assignments, coaching, mentoring, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate with regional supply chain teams to optimize planning, production, and inventory management; set metrics for NWSM inventory and manage S&OP processes; communicate strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Logistics to streamline distribution networks and implement process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field (extensive experience may substitute).
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience with supervisory/managerial responsibility (supply chain, manufacturing, and/or commercial).
• Advanced degree in supply chain or business management is preferred.
• Experience in a large multinational chemicals environment is preferred.
• APICS Certification preferred.
