Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Naples, FL. The Real Estate Agent will engage with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, provide market insights, conduct property tours, and negotiate contracts. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, networking within the community, and staying current with local, regional, and national market trends. The position requires both in-office work and the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Qualifications
Real estate skills such as property evaluation, pricing strategies, and market analysis Sales and negotiation skills to assist clients in property transactions Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address client needs and concerns Self-motivation, organization, and adaptability for managing a diverse portfolio Proficiency in property listing software and digital marketing platforms is a plus A passion for the Southwest Florida community and lifestyle Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
