We’re looking for a talented Tax Underwriter to join our award‑winning Transaction Liability team. In this role, you’ll underwrite a broad range of transaction liability products, with a strong focus on tax liability insurance across North America.

ingQuoting, project‑managing and underwriting tax liability insurance polici
es.Structuring and negotiating bespoke policies with brokers and lawyers in the US and international
ly.Building strong relationships to win new business from key market stakeholde
rs.Assessing and pricing risks—including tax law applicability, technical positions, and likelihood of successful defence if challeng
ed.Ensuring full compliance with underwriting guidelines, binding authorities and internal control standar

as a qualified lawyer, accountant, or M&A professional with demonstrable experience in Tax and we’ll help you deepen your technical and commercial expertise to support the continued growth of CFC’s market‑leading tax liability portf
