Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch, Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification programs
Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, obtain signed buyer agreements, and find appropriate homes
Expertly negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Monitor tasks and activities through PLACE Technology
Host 1-2 open houses each month
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Practice scripts in alignment with team standards
Engage in team activities as outlined by team standards
Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, convert leads into listings, and market homes effectively
Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
