We are seeking a full-time Licensed Real Estate Professional for a 1099 independent contractor role based in Apex, NC, with additional office locations in Raleigh and Sanford. In this role, you will work with clients to buy, sell, and rent residential properties while guiding them through every step of the real estate process. Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, hosting open houses, negotiating offers, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
