Leasing Manager – Indoor Self-Storage Facility
Lehi, Utah | Full-Time or Part-Time | Pay DOE We're opening a brand-new multi-story self-storage facility in Lehi and are looking for a Leasing Manager to join our team. You'll be the face of the facility — handling inbound calls and walk-in customers, renting units, and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include: Answering calls and assisting walk-in customers; Processing new rentals and managing existing customer accounts Collections and delinquency follow-up Maintaining cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility Routine property walks and basic reporting What we're looking for: Experience in property management or leasing (preferred but open to qualified candidates from other fields) Customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Basic computer skills and attention to detail Extremely Competitive pay based on experience (hourly + bonus based on performance) Brand-new facility with a great employee break room To apply, send your resume and a brief note about your relevant experience to mjones@sppcompanies.com
