Experienced Mortgage Loan Partner - Spanish Speaking Preferred
Top-producing Loan Officers in Sacramento are looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Partner. You should be a self-starter, an efficient multitasker, great with people, have a positive attitude, and love working. This position will split between mortgage responsibilities and marketing responsibilities.
We want a qualified Mortgage Loan Partner who has 2+ years of continuous mortgage experience, 5+ preferred. The role will work directly with our top-producing loan officers and borrowers to provide a seamless and expeditious mortgage process with white‑glove customer service.
Responsibilities
Work with loan officers from contact to contract to allow them to originate more loans.
Assist in preparation of documents for processing.
Focus on lead conversion and creating a “wow” experience for each client.
Analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents, and structure loans.
Act as the right arm of the Loan Officer.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional office experience and one year of mortgage experience.
Mortgage license preferred; willing to consider candidates who can obtain a license.
Spanish speaking preferred.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $100,000 yearly, including hourly, overtime, commission, and bonuses.
