Key Responsibilities
Open personal and business deposit accounts Cross‑sell bank products and services Process regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner Develop long‑term relationships with consumer and business customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships Monitor bank vaults to ensure cash balances are correct. Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts and calculate daily transactions, using computers, calculators, or adding machines. Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips. Answer telephones and assist customers with their questions. Prepare and verify cashier’s checks.
