Your Impact as a Loan Consultant As a Loan Consultant, you will own the client relationship from first conversation through commitment to move forward. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—analyzing loan options, explaining tradeoffs, and guiding clients to the best solution for their financial goals.
This is a consultative, high-impact role where winning means helping clients make confident decisions and ensuring they receive the full value of CapCenter’s Zero Closing Cost offering. When clients choose CapCenter, it’s because you delivered clarity, urgency, and expertise.
You’ll also take on initial underwriting responsibilities, collecting and reviewing documentation upfront to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines. This exposure builds a strong technical foundation and sets you up for accelerated career growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with a client-first approach
Results-driven, growth-oriented mentality
Active NMLS license required
