
Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Lease Administrator to support operations at a Class A multifamily community. This role is responsible for managing lease administration, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting compliance across all resident documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and prior residential property management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process residential leases, renewals, amendments, and related documentation
Ensure all lease files are complete, compliant, and properly maintained (digital and physical records)
Manage lease abstracting and data entry into property management systems
Track rent schedules, concessions, escalations, and renewal timelines
Coordinate with property management, accounting, and leasing teams to ensure accuracy of resident billing
Support accounts receivable processes including rent roll review and reconciliation
Assist with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial documentation
Monitor compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and local/state requirements
Respond to resident and internal inquiries regarding lease terms and account details
Support audit requests and ensure documentation accuracy
Qualifications:
2–3 years of residential lease administration or property management experience (Class A experience preferred)
Strong understanding of lease documentation, renewals, and resident billing processes
Experience with financial reporting, rent rolls, reconciliations, and accounts receivable
Proficiency in property management software systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage or similar)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and residential compliance standards
Professional communication skills and customer-service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
