Internship Overview This internship is all about finding deals. You’ll learn how to cold call owners, spot motivated sellers, and evaluate properties for rentals and flips. Working side by side with active brokers, you’ll gain sales skills, confidence, and knowledge that most real estate professionals never learn.
What You’ll Do
Cold call and text property owners using Reafco’s proven scripts
Learn objection handling and negotiation basics
Analyze deals for cash flow, flip potential, and BRRRR strategies
Support acquisitions team with comps, underwriting, and contract prep
Join live project walkthroughs, negotiations, and closings
Build your own deal pipeline under mentor guidance
Ideal Candidate
Self-starter, confident on the phone
Strong interest in sales, acquisitions, or real estate investing
No prior experience required—training provided
