The Role You will manage thefull lifecycleof the recruiting process within our Professional Services and Business Operations team:
Business Development: Cold-call and prospect new clients (Law Firms, Finance, Administration Depts) to build your book of business.
Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier talent in Accounting, Finance, and Legal sectors using LinkedIn and networking.
Closing: Manage the interview process, negotiate fees, and close high-stakes deals.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: 0–5 years of professional experience (perfect for recent grads or those with sales/HR internships).
Mindset: You are resilient, money-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced "work hard, play hard" culture.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a "thick skin" for outbound sales.
