Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Product Pricing Strategy & Profitability Analyst to join our on-site team in Greater Milwaukee. This full-time role involves analyzing pricing strategies, optimizing profitability, and contributing to strategic pricing initiatives. The analyst will collaborate across departments to research market trends, evaluate competitive pricing, develop data-driven pricing models, and support product management decisions. Additionally, responsibilities include tracking financial performance and suggesting improvements to enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management

Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating financial and market data

Experience in conducting in-depth Research and working on Product Development processes

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to support decision-making

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing profitability

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams

Experience in the aerospace, defense, or related industries is advantageous
