Role Description This is a full‑time role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for a Commercial Mortgage Originator. The individual will be responsible for sourcing and originating commercial mortgage transactions, evaluating and underwriting potential loans, building and maintaining client relationships, and communicating effectively with lending institutions. Additional duties include analyzing financial data, structuring loan deals, and providing high‑quality customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Underwriting and Mortgages
Experience with Mortgage Lending and Loans
Proven skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
