with strong
CPG retail analytics experience
and hands‑on exposure to
broker partners . In this role, you will own retail reporting, insights, and execution analytics for the Ferrero & Ferrara Pilot Team — ensuring alignment across Walmart, broker partners, and internal sales teams. You will be the go‑to expert connecting
Walmart Scintilla data
with real retail actions, providing insights that elevate retail execution, identify opportunities, and drive business results. As the Scintilla Retail Analyst, you will own all Scintilla reporting, baseline analytics, scorecarding, and broker‑integrated insights for the Ferrero/Ferrara Pilot Team. You will partner closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Walmart’s Scintilla Category Manager, and broker teams to ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned across all parties. Your work will directly influence:
Go‑to‑Market execution
Retail KPI tracking (DSMP, MPS, OSA, distribution, voids)
Broker alignment & field execution
Monthly/quarterly ROI measurement
Sales and retail strategy recommendations
This is a highly impactful role for someone who understands how retailer data, broker performance, and in‑store execution come together to drive growth. This is a
fully remote position , ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Main Responsibilities
Manage all baseline retail analytics and scorecarding for Ferrero / Ferrara Pilot Team
Maintain consistency and continuity of retail reporting between internal retail teams and Broker Partners
Deliver reporting to Pilot Team retail reporting to Ferrero / Ferrara Retail Managers
Serve as gatekeeper of the following retail reporting, cycle loads and Go To Market plans in alignment with 3rd party service providers and Broker Partners:
Cycle plan loading & updates
All baseline retail reporting
My Perfect Store Reporting
Project Reporting
KPI/DSMP scorecards
Dashboards & execution trackers
Responsible for the consistency, accuracy, integrity, and quality control of all retail reporting and analytics
Manage and coordinate KPI/DSMP/My Perfect Store reporting standards and expectations within Pilot Team, in alignment with broker network
Translate Scintilla data into clear insights and business recommendations
Assist with the creation of Microsoft Access databases for automation of reporting analytics, summary reports, scorecards / dashboards
Track and communicate all KPI/DSMP/My Perfect Store goals, initiatives and expectations through channel / retailer / global project auditing and scorecarding
Responsible for alignment with Ferrero / Ferrara Sales and Finance in terms of producing monthly, quarterly, and session retail execution ROI
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree
Retail analytics or broker analytics experience
Proven experience working with Walmart Scintilla data
Strong understanding of retail execution KPIs (DSMP, MPS, OSA, distribution, voids)
Experience partnering with field teams, brokers, or retail operations
Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas) and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Skilled at identifying insights and turning data into clear recommendations
Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to manage ad‑hoc requests
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred
CPG experience with Walmart or major retailers
Familiarity with broker portals (Stay‑In‑Front, Repsly, Teamwork, Atlas, etc.)
IT experience a plus
Experience supporting retail execution, category management, or Retail Ops teams
Experience standardizing or automating reporting tools (no coding required)
