Job Overview This role manages and supports philanthropic initiatives for the Regal Foundation, working closely with Marketing & Communications to create meaningful community impact and positive brand visibility. The position identifies, develops, and executes charitable partnerships, campaigns, and events that align with Regal’s values and strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships and campaigns with philanthropic partners while identifying new opportunities that align with the Regal Foundation’s mission.

Plan and execute philanthropic events, initiatives, and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Develop communications materials such as press releases and media alerts to highlight Regal Foundation initiatives.

Monitor and analyze media coverage related to philanthropic activities and help identify opportunities for positive visibility.

Support fundraising initiatives and identify ways for corporate and theatre teams to participate in community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience in communications, partnerships, or philanthropy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Collaborative and self‑motivated, with an interest in community engagement and building meaningful partnerships.
