About this role: The Commissions Assistant is responsible for accurately processing premium transactions, commissions, refund, and agent payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines. This role supports agents and internal stakeholder by maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, and executing weekly and monthly payment processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Process premium refunds, including duplicate payments, overpayments, rejected policies, and mailing errors.
Credit returned ACH transactions.
Process comission adjustments (weekly).
Apply agent fees and policy fees.
Prepare and submit NACHA files for ACH direct deposits.
Submit bank transfers for processing.
Experience managing high-volume transactional workloads.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g Salesforce).
