Overview We are supporting a large healthcare client on a
multi‑year new construction project
in the St. Paul / Minneapolis area and are seeking experienced construction professionals to join the team.
These roles will play a key part in overseeing
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) trades
throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with
electrical and/or mechanical systems , understand how these systems flow through a building, and be comfortable working in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.
Open Positions Project Managers will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of MEP‑focused scopes on a large‑scale healthcare construction project.
Responsibilities
Manage MEP trade coordination across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes
Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones from design through completion
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals related to MEP systems
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and healthcare regulations
Monitor progress and proactively address risks or conflicts to keep the project on track
Site Superintendents / Foremen will be responsible for
day‑to‑day field oversight , with a strong focus on MEP trade execution and coordination.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily onsite activities of electrical and mechanical subcontractors
Coordinate sequencing and installation of MEP systems throughout the building
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per project plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for field coordination and issue resolution
Support inspections, quality control, and compliance requirementsCommunicate progress, challenges, and updates to the project management team
Required Qualifications (All Roles)
Experience in commercial or healthcare construction environments
Strong understanding of
electrical and/or mechanical systems
in new construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience overseeing or coordinating
MEP trades
Understanding of how building systems flow and integrate throughout a facility
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Experience
Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) exposure
