We are seeking an experienced
Tax Senior Associate | International Tax
to join our team. This pivotal leadership role oversees all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and accounting within the organization. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains compliance with tax laws and regulations, and implements strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency.

Responsibilities
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including OVDP and Streamlined compliance filings.
Review client data, prepare journal entries, and perform reconciliations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience (required).
Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Hands‑on experience with journal entry preparation and accrual vs. cash basis accounting.
Proficiency in calculating GILTI.
Experience preparing a wide range of tax forms, including 1040, 8858, 8865, 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, and FBAR.
Familiarity with CFC and foreign partnership classifications, as well as Check‑the‑Box elections.
Software experience: UltraTax or ProSystems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Spanish fluency required in Aventura; preferred in Coral Gables and Boca Raton.
