Responsibilities

Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Facilitate the discovery of dream homes for clients, acting as a discerning matchmaker for residential properties Provide crucial support during the emotionally charged process of home-buying Transform potential buyers into leads by maintaining ongoing communication and seamlessly integrating them into the sales journey Prepare essential documentation, including contracts, agreements, and deeds, to ensure a streamlined buying process Conduct open houses to engage with prospective homeowners, offering insights into the local real estate landscape Identify potential buyers, furnish them with information on properties within their budget, and act as a mediator to secure property deals that satisfy all parties involved Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is desired Over one year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Established track record of successful real estate sales Possession of a real estate license is preferred; if not currently held, the company will assist in obtaining one Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal/professional growth Proven track record of successful real estate transactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 per year
