Position Title International Amazon Account Manager
Position Overview The ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious self‑starter with a passion for digital marketing, ecommerce sales, and a clear demonstration of past success on Amazon Seller Central or a comparable ecommerce platform. The chosen individual will be an efficient, effective multi‑tasker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable projects with minimal direction. This role requires attention to detail across multiple Amazon brands in various countries. The chosen candidate will be passionate about their career, expressing the ability to lead without authority and determination to solve problems with a fresh perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously implement best‑in‑class SEO to increase traffic and conversions, driving sales across a portfolio of Amazon accounts
Monitor, analyze and implement on‑site Amazon Deals, Events and Promotions strategy
Work cross‑functionally with Lead Generation, Campaigns, Advertising and Creative teams to effectively launch new products
Monitor competitive landscape, category trends and identify new product opportunities to launch and grow brand product lines
Collaborate with Amazon Growth and Marketing team (SAS Core) and consultants to overcome obstacles and drive innovation for brand growth
Work closely with the Resolution team to swiftly mitigate health and product‑related issues
Work in lockstep with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure healthy inventory levels across sales channels
Obtain a base understanding of regulatory environment in each selling region to ensure Amazon cases are resolved appropriately
Required Qualifications
Ability to digest search data, identify relevant keywords and implement SEO across listings
Ability to analyze deals, coupons, and MAP pricing to drive profit
Highly skilled e‑commerce platform operator
Project management and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Natural‑born leader with ability to see the ‘why’ behind day‑to‑day tasks
Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a professional setting
Prior experience using Amazon Seller Central is preferred
Managing or working with a team of Virtual Assistants is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position will require extended use of a computer and reliable transportation
This position will report to the Nashville, TN office and has a weekly hybrid in‑office/remote schedule
