Role Description
This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Leasing Professional located in Tampa, FL. The Leasing Professional will assist with leasing and administrative tasks, provide outstanding customer service to potential and current residents, and ensure effective lease administration. Key responsibilities include guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, addressing resident inquiries to build retention, maintaining an organized leasing process, and supporting team members in day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications
Proven experience in Resident Retention and Customer Service, with a focus on building positive relationships Knowledge and experience in Leases and Lease Administration, including explaining terms, policies, and completing all necessary documentation Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively address resident concerns and collaborate with team members Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is preferred Prior experience in property leasing or real estate is a plus Adaptability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
