As a Finance & Business Management HR Vice President within our global HR community, you will be responsible for creating and promoting analytics and reporting for the head of HR and HR CFO agenda. You will contribute to firmwide projects that promote efficiencies across the HR organization and conduct deep dive analyses on key issues impacting business to determine root cause and propose solutions. You will also partner with Business Management and finance teams to develop insightful reporting, focusing on promoters, and understanding context and developing opinion on next steps.

Job responsibilities:

Help create and drive analytics and reporting for head of HR and HR CFO agenda

Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc)

Contribute to firmwide projects that drive efficiencies across the HR organization

Conduct "deep dive" analyses on key issues impacting business to determine root cause and propose solutions

Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysisfor key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed

Being obsessed with data quality

Develop structure and strategy across the firmwide HR hierarchy

Understanding different sources used for all reporting (finance and non-finance) and developing a consistent approach

Partner with Business Management and finance teams to develop insightful reporting, focusing on drivers, and understanding context and developing opinion on next steps

Collaborate with business partners across firmwide HR to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Corporate Finance, 4+ years of relevant experience, in financial services

Understands financial P&Ls

Experience in corporate financial analytics / understanding of key drivers

Exceptional analytical, problem solving and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables; strategic thinker

Excellent oral & written communication and relationship management skills

Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately

Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and strong work ethic

Proactive and results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

The candidate must be a self-starter and seeks to break the status-quo and initiate improvements where necessary

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Team oriented and ability to build strong partnerships

Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues

Prior Essbase experience preferred
