Beauty Public Relations Intern

We are seeking a Beauty Public Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands‑on experience in the field of public relations and communications. As a Beauty Public Relations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain insight into the day‑to‑day operations of a dynamic PR department.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials
Conduct market research and analysis to support PR campaigns
Collaborate with team members on PR strategies and initiatives
Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events and activities
Support social media efforts to enhance brand visibility
Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Strong desire to pursue a career in the beauty field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write clearly and effectively
Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of proofreading techniques
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of public relations while working closely with seasoned professionals.
This role is hybrid, for 2‑3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday). In person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remote on Thursdays. We can be flexible on hours and would love applicants who are available to start during the fall semester.
