Customer Service Representative .
Responsibilities As a Customer Care / Service Representative (CSR), you will coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, respond to service and sales inquiries, and communicate with our field operations. The CSR is the link between our customers and our service technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
Manage administrative requests and tasks.
Provide proactive customer follow‑up in a timely manner.
Deliver accurate service and sales information.
Maintain accurate records using customer service software applications.
Respond to leads and referrals.
Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
Assist in scheduling of service routes.
Produce accurate and timely reports.
Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking a client‑facing customer service professional with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer service experience. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills are crucial to our business. Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age.
Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities (multi‑task).
Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co‑workers.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
