A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position Summary:This individual will provide support to Primary CLO Structuring/Origination & CLO Syndicate for Primary CLO transactions. He/she will interact with CLO Issuers, Senior Execution team members, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, and Investors throughout all phases of the deal. This person will assist in negotiating and marketing of new issue transactions. Develop knowledge of analytical tools and models.Responsibilities:* Monitor and prepare materials to update senior bankers, syndicate and sales with information on the current market.* Create marketing materials for CLO Issuer and investor clients* Participate in conference and investor marketing 'road show' meetings and scheduling.* Prepare materials for internal meetings and approvals.* Liaise with Middle Office, Finance, and Technology teamsQualifications:* 3-5 years of relevant experience* Bachelors Degree in a Quantitative Discipline i.e. Mathematics, Computer Science, and/or Engineering* Experience working in a Ratings Agency and/or experience working in a quantitative area i.e Structuring, Market Risk, or Quantitative Analysis.* Proficient in MS Office, preferred to be knowledge about VBA, Python* Required strong communication and writing skills.The typical base pay range for this role is between $175K - $195K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
