Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

modern IAM technical leader
for a large, complex enterprise environment. This is
not
a KTLO IAM role. This is for someone who
builds , connects systems, and wants to shape what identity becomes as AI and non-human access explode. What You’ll Do
Build and evolve IAM in a
heterogeneous environment
(HR, IAM, request tools, APIs) Design and prototype
new identity capabilities
where patterns don’t exist Lead
AI-assisted IAM use cases
(decision support, anomaly detection — humans stay in control) Tackle
non-human identity
and emerging access risks Serve as the
on-site face of IAM , partnering with security, engineering, HR, and business teams Coach and mentor peers and small innovation-focused teams What We’re Looking For
Must-Have 8+ years in IAM, identity, or security engineering Experience
building or wiring IAM solutions , not just operating tools Comfortable integrating across
disconnected systems Strong technical depth
and
communication skills Nice to Have IAM automation beyond basic JML PAM, identity fraud, or access risk experience AI-assisted workflow or platform experimentation Senior engineer ready to step into leadership This Role Is Not Governance-only Tool-locked (SailPoint-only / Okta-only) “Keep the lights on” IAM Remote On-site | South Florida Direct hire, full-time Why Apply You’ll be trusted to
