Leasing Activities Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and close leases Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure
Fair Housing compliance Coordinate apartment readiness and move-ins Resident Retention Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction Assist with resident appreciation and retention events What We're Looking For
Passion for
exceptional customer service Leasing experience in
multifamily housing
preferred Affordable housing experience is a
plus Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed) Proficiency in
Windows, Word, Excel, email Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with
Yardi or RealPage property management software
