Role Overview The North America (NA) Alliances team accelerates Lenovo’s growth by managing strategic relationships with key silicon and ecosystem partners. We are seeking a motivated, analytical intern to support operational excellence through dashboard maintenance, internal site management, and budget workflow automation support. This internship provides hands on experience with business analytics, partner operations, and reporting used across Alliances, reflecting the organization’s focus on insights, performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain dashboards used across NA Alliances for business management, forecasting, budget visibility, and partner program tracking.
Improve existing reports used in BMS and partner funded program management, aligning to reporting insights, forecasting, and KPI visibility.
Assist in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations for leadership.
Maintain and update the NA Alliances internal SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and version control for operational rigor.
Support the development of automated workflows for budget tracking.
Explore opportunities to simplify recurring manual processes through tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Excel scripting.
Work with Alliances team members to understand reporting needs and continuously improve dashboards and workflows.
Qualifications Required
Rising or current college senior actively pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Basic understanding of workflow automation tools or a willingness to learn
Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
Experience with SharePoint or internal site/content management
