CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Number: 160 Salary: $17.90 Department: BookZone
Days/Hours 10-13 hrs/wk; Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat-Sun 11am-4pm + various holiday/special hours.
Duties Front line responsibility for all customer service inquiries and issues. Provide general book information, answer phones, process special orders, stock, straighten and dust the sales floor, cashier, and special projects as needed. Promotional opportunities available.
Requirements Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and be able to work independently. Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending, lifting, pushing, walking and standing. Must be able to provide availability for store opening/closing shifts. Availability during Finals Week, and Summer required.
