Job Overview
Golden Years is seeking a career minded self‑motivated, energetic sales and marketing manager, who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts for our position in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule.
A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required).

Schedule and manage employee schedules.
Understanding of home care office operations is a plus, but not necessary.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Strong writing skills
Strong computer skills
Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Self‑starter and independent producer
Social media marketing experience is a plus, but not necessary
Highly organized / Polished professional image, no ego issues, and not easily frustrated
Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles to complete tasks, resilient approach to completing tasks
Base salary plus commission
Profit sharing contingent upon meeting quarter goals
