
Insurance Customer Service Representative / Agent Trainee

The Insurance Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting clients with service needs, answering phones, processing payments, and supporting our agents.
For candidates interested in career growth, we will help guide and support the process of obtaining an insurance license and transitioning into a producing agent role.
Would also accept an experienced insurance producer or customer service individual.
Responsibilities Customer Service
Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions
Process payments and provide receipts
Assist with policy changes, renewals, and billing questions
Communicate with insurance carriers when needed
Maintain accurate client records in agency systems
Office Support
Greet clients who visit the office
Assist agents with policy servicing and documentation
Follow up with clients regarding policy needs
Career Development Opportunity
Learn the fundamentals of the insurance business
Work toward obtaining a Texas insurance license
Transition into a sales/agent role if desired
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with computers and office systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Preferred (but not required)
Texas Property & Casualty insurance license
Prior insurance agency experience
Sales or customer service background
