We are seeking a motivated and Experienced Back Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our technicians while managing various tasks related to automotive diagnostics, sales, and inventory. Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting technicians with their automotive needs and inquiries.
Utilize automotive diagnostics skills to assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
Manage sales transactions using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with stocking shelves and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the counter area.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Uphold dealership standards by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Experience
Previous experience in GM Parts or service is preferred, along with dealership experience.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
