Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Role
This is the perfect pathway for somebody in the hospitality industry looking to transition into an administrative role or for an up-and-coming go-getter seeking hands on experience in the world of Sales and Marketing. Working in a high-volume environment amongst an experienced team, you will work closely to support both the Sales & Marketing efforts for the hotel.
Organization Tempe Mission Palms
Activities
In consultation with the DOSME, create collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
Online reputation management (respond to Trip Advisor and Google Reviews)
Maintain the hotel’s LinkedIn page/profile
Support all hotel and brand led initiatives
Maintain hotel’s digital collateral
Assist with sales presentations
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue to develop and support hotel campaigns and offers
Work with Field Marketing Manager to maintain hotel’s photo library
Provide on-site support for photo shoots
Provide additional administrative support for sales managers as needed
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of computer applications
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Marketing experience and hotel experience
