
CU360 Credit Union Intern

We’re looking for a Part-Time Intern to join our team! Join a multi-year winner of the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplace and gain real-world experience with a financial institution that values community, learning, and innovation. Our CU360 Internship Program is a paid 8-week rotational experience designed to give college students a complete view of how a credit union operates, offering valuable insight into core credit union departments, professional development, and hands‑on learning.
Learning Objectives
Build foundational knowledge of credit union services and operations
Strengthen communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Explore potential career interests in financial services
Learn professional etiquette and workplace collaboration
The Position Responsibilities Are
Participate in department rotations covering areas such as Member Services, Lending, Mortgage, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Business Development, and Human Resources.
Complete assigned mini‑projects (when applicable) and job‑shadowing activities in each department.
Attend community outreach events with our Marketing or Business Development teams (as available).
Attend weekly check‑ins with the HR Director for feedback and engagement.
Create an "Intern Impact Presentation" emphasizing your experience in the CU 360 program.
