Roles & Responsibilities

Develop financial strategies, forecast future performance, and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks

Work with the ETL to create and manage the company's operating budget, monitor expenditures against budget, and make adjustments as needed

Partner with the ELT to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, systems, reporting and controls

Create effective measurement tools and reporting to monitor current performance, forecast future performance, and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks

Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders

Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide key business decisions, including potential mergers and acquisitions as well as large capital expenditures.

Lead the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and developing talent within the department

Oversee the daily cash management functions of the company with a strict focus on accelerating Accounts Receivable collection and optimizing Accounts Payable to ensure the company has the necessary cash for daily operations

Implement tools for expense management and internal controls to reduce overhead.

Manage the company’s third-party Human Resources consultant

Manage the company’s third-party IT vendor

Work closely with the ELT members to drive company results and grow an industry leading organization

Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.

Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.

5+ years of accounting leadership, ideally in an EOS® environment.

Advanced Excel skills with a proficiency in ComputerEase

Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Deep understanding of financial principles and accounting standards

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information effectively

Strategic thinking and ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives

Leadership qualities to motivate and manage a finance team

Experience in financial modeling and forecasting

Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance requirements
