The Sales HR Summer Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting the Sales HR Team on key operational and engagement initiatives. This 12‑week internship provides exposure to HR data management, employee engagement planning, training compliance tracking, and HR systems support within a dynamic Sales Business Unit. This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role.
This is a project‑based internship, and the selected intern will present their summer project at our annual
Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 .
Program Details
Program Dates: Monday, May 18, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Length: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Full‑time, hourly
Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day
Key Responsibilities HR Data & Administrative Support
Assist with employee and position data cleanup and validation
Support electronic document organization and filing
Help maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Employee Engagement & Events
Support planning and coordination of Sales Business Unit Employee Appreciation Week activities
Assist with communication and event logistics
Training & Compliance Support
Track and follow up on training completion requirements
Provide reporting updates to HR and leadership
HR Systems & WorkStep Support
Assist with data collection and reporting within the WorkStep platform
Support the Sales HR Team with analysis and documentation related to employee feedback
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
