This role translates vision into executable roadmaps and ensures alignment, integration, and performance governance across business, technology, and operations.The Head of Strategy & Integration for MPO serves as the strategic anchor and integrator for the MPO program. This role is responsible for translating MPO vision into a coherent, multi-year roadmap and ensuring alignment, sequencing, and integration across business, technology, and operations.The role owns MPO strategy, governance, and performance management, ensuring that initiatives across Acquisition, Portfolio, and Base Management move in a coordinated and scalable manner. It leads cross-functional alignment across Commercial, CX, Technology, Care, Finance, and Operations, managing interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs.The Head of Strategy & Integration also owns the integration of enabling platforms and capabilities—such as billing, unified wallet, household ID, and journey orchestration—ensuring MPO can operate effectively at scale. The role prepares executive materials, strategic recommendations, and decision papers for leadership forums.This role defines direction, sequencing, and success metrics, but does not directly execute GTM, lifecycle, or portfolio programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Define MPO vision, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap
2) Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, CX, Tech, Care, and Finance
3) Own integration of enabling platforms (billing, unified wallet, HH ID, orchestration)
4) Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance governance
5) Manage strategic initiatives, dependencies, and risks
6) Prepare executive updates, decision papers, and leadership materials
7) Ensure MPO scalability and coherence as the program grows
