Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License . As Account Manager for Pam Johnson – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our customers' success through agency operations. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. By actively promoting relevant products and services, you play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' lives. Grow your career as you better your community. Please be aware that this is an in‑office position. Our ability to meet with clients, in the manner they would like, is a cornerstone to lasting success at the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Oversee and manage customer inquiries while providing timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a one‑hour lunch. On Saturdays the agency is open from 9 a.m. to Noon and the team rotates who will be in the office on those Saturdays. If a Saturday is worked, then three hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.

QUALIFICATIONS
Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required
Experience in insurance sales/service or account management preferred.
Self‑motivated, knowing what needs to happen and taking action.
Ability to relate and listen effectively to customers for generating appropriate client‑centered solutions.
Ability to contribute to a high‑performing team environment in meeting sales targets.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
