The Client Account Manager on the Managed Giving team serves as the primary relationship owner for churches enrolled in our full-service Managed Giving program. In this role, you will guide clients through every stage of their Managed Giving journey, from program launch through ongoing operations, ensuring they receive the full value of their investment across strategy, communications, and financial health. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement, improve outcomes, and help churches fulfill their missions through healthy, sustainable giving programs.- Track key financial KPIs within client accounts and surface trends, wins, and concerns in regular client communications.**Who You Are** 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing consulting role, preferably within SaaS, nonprofit technology, or financial services.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.- Experience working with or within churches, ministries, or nonprofit organizations, preferred.- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, church management software, or giving/donation tools.- Experience managing client programs with both strategic and operational components.At Ministry Brands, we recognize that your career is just one important piece of your dynamic life.
