We have numerous projects needed to help grow and scale our business, identify target clients in different geographies, and look for product gaps in the markets. Leveraging Google Gemini will be key to many of these projects. Through this learning opportunity, your responsibilities will include the following.Client Service & Index Operations:* Work closely with the Global Head of Sales and Senior Service Lead to identify and classify the top clients.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes by documenting and updating standard operating procedures for index operations and client support.* Maintain meticulous client records and internal databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across our index products.Sales Support, Market Research, Project Support* Facilitate the pre-sales process by preparing pitch decks, market analysis summaries, and client-facing materials that highlight the value of VettaFi's index solutions.* Play a key role in tracking market trends and competitive intelligence within the index and ETF landscape, summarizing findings for the sales team.* Generate impactful reports on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement, providing valuable insights to the commercial teams.* Support preparation of materials for major industry events and VettaFi index launches.Must haves:* Pursuing a degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.* Must be well versed in leveraging AI:

specifically Gemini but open to other AI tools.* Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-service mindset.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).* Interest in financial markets, investment vehicles (ETFs), or broadly investing.* Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within the financial services/fintech industry.* Proven experience as a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others.****This role is hybrid (2-3 days in the office/week) - based in New York City, NY.********Salary Range: $20/hr*******Please note that the Salary Range included is a guideline only.
